SnapLeads Lab publishes technical explanations of email deliverability mechanics — authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), mailbox warmup, IMAP behavior, sending-volume heuristics — based on operational experience and primary sources like RFCs and provider requirements. Nothing on this site is legal advice about spam law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or otherwise), and nothing here guarantees inbox placement, deliverability outcomes, or compliance with any regulation. Provider requirements and RFC guidance can change.

Not an email service provider

This site is an independent educational publisher. We do not send email on your behalf, manage your DNS, or operate any mailbox infrastructure for you. Field scenarios and ramp examples are illustrative, not universal guarantees for your specific domain or provider.

Free resources

Downloadable checklists and worksheets on this site are provided for personal, informational use. They are general-purpose tools, not a substitute for testing against your own sending infrastructure and provider requirements.

We try to keep field notes accurate and current, citing RFCs and provider documentation directly where possible. Even so, provider requirements change, and we make no warranty that any page is complete, current or error-free for your specific setup. Use of this site's content is at your own risk.
